On the day of arrival, the rooms and suites are available to you from 3 p.m.
A guaranteed early check-in can be booked for a fee, subject to availability.
Should a room be ready earlier, you can of course also move in beforehand. Please hand in your passports or identity cards to reception immediately after arrival or before dinner at the latest. We need your documents for registration.

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the rooms and suites by 11 a.m.
Nevertheless, we also offer you the possibility to postpone your departure to the afternoon:

• Late check-out with room: on the day of departure, check out of your room by 6 p.m. and use all services including the daily buffet. The surcharge is € 75 per adult and € 35 per child.
• Late check-out without room: you vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure, but you can use all services including the daily buffet until 6:00 p.m. A locker and shower facilities are at your disposal in the Aurora Spa. The surcharge is € 45 per adult and € 22.50 per child.

As soon as the suitcases are packed, please order the luggage service by calling number 9. If you have not booked a late check out, the lunch buffet is included on the day of arrival, but not on the day of departure.

We welcome elegant, discreet evening attire to maintain the flair of the house and ask that you do not arrive for breakfast in your bathrobe.

As this is a nude area, use of the sauna world Aurora Sauna with whirlpool is only possible without swimwear. Children and young people under the age of 14 are not permitted in the sauna. For this reason, the Mirabell has set up a specially designated non-nude sauna. This can be used by children and young people and persons wearing swimwear. Please register for this at reception.

Please inform our employees at reception or in the dining room if you are planning something special. Otherwise, we will be happy to prepare a small birthday surprise for you.

  Are you still looking for something for the loved ones at home? How about a souvenir from the Mirabell shop? Visit the shop next to the reception. You will find lots of local products and gift ideas.

  Would you like to enjoy our wines at home? Contact our sommelier Michael directly if you would like to order. We offer special discounted prices for wines to take away.
• Shopping in Valdaora & surroundings
  In Valdaora there are sports shops, a goldsmith, souvenir shop, wood carving etc. If you are looking for a larger selection of shops, we recommend a detour to one of the nearest towns of Brunico (approx. 12 km), Bressanone (approx. 42 km) or Bolzano (approx. 90 km). The opening times are as follows: Monday to Friday from approximately 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Every first Saturday of the month, all shops are also open in the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

We charge a flat rate of € 35 per day without food for your dog. Please bring your own dog blanket and basket. For hygiene reasons, four-legged friends are not allowed in the Aurora Spa, Aurora Acqua (swimming pool) and the Aurora sauna area, as well as in the dining room and garden. We kindly ask you to let the reception know at what time the room-service employees are allowed to clean the room or simply hang the clean-up sign on your room door handle.

The hotel-own free outdoor car park is located directly opposite the hotel complex. Early bookers park in the underground car park, where the parking spaces are numbered. Your allocated parking space is available to you free of charge throughout your stay. If your vehicle exceeds the overall height of 1.90 m or if the underground car park is fully booked, you can park your car in the hotel’s outdoor car park.

  Our underground car park is available to you free of charge (subject to availability), so long as you have provided the requested information after reserving the room. The underground car park – like the room – will be reserved for you and the parking spaces are numbered.

If you come home a little later, you will find the night bell at the hotel entrance. You can open the entrance door at any time using your room key.

Due to the law from 01.07.2005, our entire hotel is a smoking-free zone.

The indicated price* is per person and day including the extensive 3/4 Mirabell pampering board and numerous included services with best price guarantee when booked directly. Not included in the price is the statutory local tax of € 3.50 per person (from 14 years) and day – this is paid directly on site.
*Price adjustments: in the event of unforeseeable economic developments or a change in the current VAT rate of 10% or 22%, an adjustment may be made.

  Children’s prices are only applicable in the presence of two adults in a double room or suite (except for the offer “Single with child”). Young people aged 16 and over are granted a 20% reduction on the daily / adult prices.

• Free check-up: when booking a stay of 7 nights or more, you will receive an iris diagnosis free of charge (30 min /per room/stay)
• Pets: we charge a daily flat rate of € 35 (excl. Food) for dogs. We kindly ask you to bring your own dog blanket and basket. Please let us know when booking if your four-legged friend will be accompanying you.
• Garage space: we charge € 15 per day / charge for a parking space in the underground car park with e-charging station

You will receive a 10% early booking bonus if you book at least 7 nights, at least 3 months before arrival. The deposit must be paid within 4 days of the reservation date.

Reservations are considered binding when confirmation is received by fax, e-mail or post from the Mirabell Dolomites Hotel. We ask for a deposit of € 200 per room or suite. The deposit can be paid by credit card (specify number and expiry date), bank transfer or online payment (Click to pay by Hobex) on our website (possible transfer fees are to be borne by the customer). You can settle the hotel bill at the hotel reception on the evening before departure from 9 p.m. or on the morning of the day of departure from 7.15 a.m. Should the invoice be made out to a specific address, please let reception know in good time. Please understand that cash payments in Italy are subject to the strictest legal regulations. Detailed information on this is available at reception.

Our hospitality allows you to modify or cancel your reservation for winter, summer and autumn free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival date. We kindly ask for your understanding that in case of a booking cancellation within 20 days before the arrival date, the following regulations will apply:

• Please inform us in good time and in writing 
• In case of cancellation between 20 to 6 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total hotel arrangement will be charged 
• In case of cancellation within 5 days before the arrival date, as well as in case of late arrival than booked, early departure or no-show, the total amount of the hotel arrangement will be charged 
• For cancellations of more than 3 rooms, separate cancellation conditions apply

For just € 5 per person and booked holiday day, upon presentation of a certificate, you cover all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or death of the insured person, children, siblings, parents or grandparents.
