The sun of this summer season not only blesses us with warm days but adds something new to our gourmet kitchen: Gabriel Wierer, a long-standing member of the Mirabell team, is now our head chef, following in the illustrious footsteps of Ulli Plankensteiner. Gabriel Wierer knows how to preserve the essence of traditional recipes while giving them a modern twist. He creates dishes that taste familiar yet excitingly new. In other words: we remain true to our philosophy of “Tradition obliges“, which unites traditional local dishes with innovative creativity, enriched by Mediterranean and international influences.

The evening 6-course gala dinner is the highlight of every day at Mirabell. The accompanying wines, carefully selected by our sommelier, are the perfect way to round off the experience.
